The
home sleeps up to 9 people. This includes a king in
the master suite, a queen in the upstairs suite and a king in the
studio suite. There is a queen sleeper in the living room as well
as a single day bed.
The studio suite can be rented by itself or
in combination with the rest of the home. We do not rent the studio
suite alone until 60 days prior to the arrival date of any occupants
renting the other portion of the house. At that time we can
confirm the separate unit will be available. Please feel free to
inquire as exceptions can be made.

- $375.00 per night for the entire home (up to 6, $25 each addl person)
- $275.00 for the downstairs and upstairs suite. (up to 4, $25 each addl person)
- $150.00 per night for the studio suite, as available (2 people max)
- $1,925 per week up to 4 people, for the entire home (up to 8 people) for 2,625 (9th is addl $25)
Note: There is a 4 night minimum unless otherwise noted. |
